The checkout page uses the active payment gateway configured on the donation website, including CCAvenue where enabled.

Please check whether the amount was debited from your account. If the transaction failed or you are unsure, please contact KISS with your name, email, phone number, amount, date and payment reference if available.

No. KISS will never ask you to share OTP, card password, internet banking password or sensitive payment credentials through phone, email or any unofficial channel.
